FITTER TURNER / MACHINIST
As a Machinist with Stella you will be working in our machine shop using manual mill and lathe, CNC mill, lathe and honing machine, you will be working on machining components for our in house manufactured products producing things like Hydraulic cylinders from scratch.
We are looking for individuals that strive to produce quality, that have a desire to succeed and grow, and want to be involved in a team environment based around respect. You should be proud of the work you create and your achievement’s. This position will suit an individual who want to progress their career development from manual machining into CNC machining and learn the art of programming and operating these machines.
You will need knowledge across different machines and materials, be willing to work within a driven and dynamic team but able to manage your own time and schedule.
Duties will include:
- Operation of Manual and CNC machining equipment
- Honing and manufacture of Hydraulic cylinders
- Involvement in design decisions and product improvements

WELDERS / FABRICATORS / BOILERMAKERS
As a Fabricator with Stella you will be provided with a fabrication bay and welding equipment, as with all tradesmen you will supply your own hand tools, but all else is provided. Your bay will have a state of the art welding table with T Slot clamping systems incorporated and will be setup with all the welders and gear you need to do your job effectively.

You should be proud of the work you create and your achievement’s. This position will suit an individual who want to progress their career development from manual machining into CNC machining and learn the art of programming and operating these machines.

Duties will include:
- Fabrication of heavy stainless equipment
- Mig and tig welding
- Some aluminum fabrication and welding

ASSEMBLERS
As an Assembler you will be working on varied and highly technical equipment, building and testing products like hydraulic swim platforms, desalination plants, premium helm chairs, tender chocks, davits and cranes and more. Work is varied and interesting with plenty to keep you busy.
You will need to provide your own hand tools, but all specialist tools will be provided. We are looking for individuals that strive to produce quality, that have a desire to suceed and grow, and want to be involved in a team environment based around respect. You should be proud of the work you create and your achievements.

SALESPERSON
As a Salesperson at Stella, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships in the marine industry, particularly focusing on the distribution of our electrical equipment and marine solutions. You will be working alongside an established and supportive team.
Stella Marine Group is a leading marine equipment manufacturer and distributor, located within Australia’s foremost marine hub, The Boat Works in Coomera. We are dedicated to designing manufacturing and distributing high-quality marine equipment that sets new standards for reliability and performance, while not failing to deliver exceptional after-sales service. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Present product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Liaise with manufacturers regarding technical, promotion and pricing issues.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals and invoices.
- Liaise with our production and admin teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis and attend industry events when necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in the electrical or marine industry.
- Prior experience in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve KPI’s.
