Waveless is the new line of ultracompact electric fin stabilizers designed for boats of 12 meters (40 ft) in length and up, offering STAB stabilizer models and TRIM intruder models. Same quality and performance as superyachts, CMC systems have been customized for smaller yacht needs. 

Waveless STAB is designed to be installed quickly and with no stress. It takes little space (and  weight) on board so it can be moved and placed easily. And being electric, no piping is needed.

Dia-log

Waveless products are equipped with CMC Marine’s patented DIA-LOG software, the same used on super and mega yachts.

Underway and Anchor mode are always available.

You can have complete control of your system thanks to a touch screen, designed to have all the features at your fingertips.

Features Available:

Flip

FLIP mode allows the STAB fins to rotate 180° while in Anchor mode.

Reduce ”anchor walk” and keep the anchor chain tight and the bow in the wind in any weather condition.

Actual flip angle can be adjusted at commissioning time to account for hull shape and prevent interference with the chain.

Night Mode

Reduce STAB power absorption to approximately 60%, while in Anchor mode.

Night mode is useful to limit power demand on generators and extend battery duration when working on the yacht’s DC system.

Adaptive 

In Adaptive mode, your STAB system monitors sea conditions and adjusts operation parameters automatically to provide the best stabilization for every condition.

Integrated Stabilisation System

CMC Marine’s has established its industry leadership for motion control, through a full range of solutions. Every system is an assembly of the most advanced, robotic-industry standard technologies, made to work with the highest standards of performance, accuracy, fast response, reliability and energy efficiency. All systems can operate independently whenever required, but maximum performance is achieved when they work together, controlled by the same algorithm, processor and motion sensors. Dia-log performs at its best when installed with waveless stabilizers and trim.

The HS System is an evolution of the SE Stabilis Electra System, optimised for planing yachts that can reach over 24 knots.

The HS system has some notable improvements compared to the previous model, including greater optimisation of the fin profile for better performance and a reduction of the resistance; updated electronics for even faster and more controlled performance in addition to the ability to control integrated systems (for example, steering or intruder) together with the fins.

The LR Fin Stablisation System has been optimised for displacement or semi-displacement yachts.

Benefits of the Long Range fin stabilizers

Include compact actuators with the same power of the equivalent SE system; better performance; a fin geometry specifically designed for displacement yachts; the possibility to install fins of up to 5 square meters and new electronics with the ability to integrate the controls for up to 8 different systems. Dramatic Yacht Stabilizing Performance

Dramatic is the only word that even comes close to describing the performance of an ABT-TRAC marine stabilizer system compared to any first-generation boat stabilizer. Other boat stabilizing products provide some degree of “roll dampening“ but the ABT-TRAC marine stabilizer virtually eliminates roll altogether!

ABT-TRAC Boat Stabilizers Are Fast Acting

Solid state inertial sensors feed TRAC’s control processor with vessel roll and heel angle data in real time. TRAC’s stabilizer fin angle of attack is adjusted over 200 times per second to create roll countering lift the instant it is detected.

A Digitally Designed Yacht Stabilizer

The TRAC stabilizer fin was computer designed from the ground up by a nationally recognized hydrodynamics design team. The Stabilizer fin chord shape was optimized to create maximum lift without cavitation at typical cruising speeds. But to give the TRAC fin the lift needed to provide absolute stabilizing performance, a “winglet“ was designed and added to the tip of the fin. The winglet provides a substantial increase in lift while reducing drag at the same time.

The TRAC Winglet

A traditional boat stabilizer fin loses a measurable amount of lift out at the tip as water on the high-pressure side wraps around the tip to the low-pressure side. The phenomenon also creates what is called a “wing tip vortex“ which is a major component of drag. The TRAC stabilizer fin winglet provides a barrier to high pressure “wraparound“ thus increasing lift and reducing drag at the same time.“

TRAC Stabilizer Easy Touch Screen Access

TRAC Link is an integrated CAN Bus control for TRAC stabilizers, thrusters, and auxiliary hydraulic loads. TRAC Link control allows multiple touch screen panels and thruster control stations to be connected via simple network cables. Thrusters, stabilizers and auxiliary hydraulics can be controlled from the same touch screen. TRAC Link also monitors hydraulic pressure and stabilizer performance. TRAC thrusters can be precisely controlled to manoeuvre the vessel to the dock and hold it there. Dual windlass control is available from the touch screen.

Integrated Hydraulics Drive TRAC Marine Stabilizers

A dedicated Integrated Hydraulics System (ABT•TRAC central hydraulic system) provides hydraulic fluid power to the TRAC stabilizer.

Space Saving Boat Stabilization System

The TRAC Stabilizer fin actuator is designed with a low profile to minimize installation space. The boat Stabilizer’s larger mounting flange makes actuator installation easier and spreads fin loads into the hull over a greater area.
